I have never been the type of person that likes exercising. Like many of us I never had the motivation for it as I used to find exercise extremely boring and every time I had tried some physical activity I would soon find any excuse to stop it. Luckily I have never been in a situation where I needed to lose weight so why should I do something that I didn't enjoy?
I am beginning to feel happier and more positive about my body (something which I never thought I would be able to feel). I would say to anybody to give Zumba a go as you never know what you might be able to achieve....

I found a pair of trousers size 16 that were hiding under my bed. I hung them on my wardrobe and said to myself “You will get in them trousers in the next 2/3 months”...
The thought of diets; fad shakes and bars or classes where they embarrass you really didn’t appeal to me. I wanted to do it on my own, self will power....
